Raised in the bucolic hills of Southern Ohio, Ely Beyer grew up with a fascination of art, music, and nature. He went on to graduate from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning in 2012. Ely also moonlights as a banjo picker in the folk duo, The Laurelys.

Beyer has spent time in Chicago, California, and Arizona, contributing to projects for clients such as John Deere, Disney, BMW, Kia, and Chicago’s Museum of Science and Industry, as well as numerous installations and opening titles. Ely joined Auburn’s Media Production Group in 2017, where he continues to create visual experiences for clients both within and beyond the University.
